All our races are characterised by locations of exceptional natural beauty and historic significance. From the barren desert landscape of Jordan to the African savannah, from the epic Great Wall of China to the soundless icecaps of Greenland, we offer races with remarkable courses that challenges novices and experienced runners alike!
Yet our races are never just about the Marathon. Alongside the race, you get the chance to explore each destination, encounter its amazing locals and journey into places not often experienced by the public.
That is why our races are always sold as a part of a traveling package where we dive deeper into the culture of each destination. Our marathon tours are about enjoying time with friends, family, and other running-minded spirits. Spectators are welcome!

The Lost City Marathon kicks off from the ancient Maya city of Palenque, México.
The race features both a marathon and a half marathon. The awe-inspiring route follows jungle trails, majestic rivers, picturesque ranches and small villages. It's a challenging race crossing various surfaces and steep hills.
Palenque is nestled in the dense rainforests of the Chiapas region on the Yucatan peninsula, surrounded by lush vegetation and breathtaking beauty.
It provides a fascinating glimpse into the religious and cultural practices of the Maya people which thrived in this once vibrant and powerful city, famous for its well preserved and impressive architecture of the Maya civilization. It has now been recognized as a UNESCO World Heritage Site for its historical and cultural significance.
A rich birdlife and howler monkeys dominate the jungle and in the open plains hundreds of species of butterflies live.

Since its inception in 1999, the Great Wall Marathon has become revered as one of the world’s most challenging marathons.
Throughout the years, it has developed from mere 350 runners to a sell-out event of 2500 runners, novices and experienced alike.
The route takes you along the spectacular Great Wall in the venue of Huangyaguan, threading through local villages as you are cheered on by its residents giving you the boost needed for its hilly routes and challenging last steps of the tower (5,164 to be exact!).
But this run is not only about the race. It is about the adventure of traveling together with other running-minded spirits, friends and family.
Its about experiencing Chinese culture, getting to know this fantastic country, its people and local cuisine.

Set near Lake Mývatn, at the divergent boundaries of the North American and Eurasian tectonic plates, the Iceland Volcano Marathon route will be run directly in the North Volcanic Zone.
It’s a hot bed of geothermal activity with geysers, hot springs, and lava rock – what’s more, the volcanic zone is still very much active!
With the massive Hverfjall crater as the focus of the route, runners will pass through soft, black volcanic sand the route traverses single-track trail, plains of lava rock, and several minor volcano craters.

The Polar Circle Marathon - often referred to as "the coolest marathon on Earth" - takes place in Kangerlussuaq, Greenland. The endless ice and arctic tundra of this vast country are the backdrop for this unusual race, in which runners race through the soundless arctic desert past glacier tongues and moraine landscapes.
This is a rare opportunity to visit one of the most remote corners of the world while daring to take part in an extremely challenging running event.
Runners can choose between the marathon Saturday or half marathon Sunday or run both by joining the Polar Bear Challenge!
